{"id":15,"date":"2026-02-24T20:56:00","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T20:56:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/shop.outwardbound.co.za\/?page_id=15"},"modified":"2026-02-26T10:50:50","modified_gmt":"2026-02-26T10:50:50","slug":"refund_returns","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/shop.outwardbound.co.za\/?page_id=15","title":{"rendered":"Refund and Returns Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Overview<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Course shirts and caps are produced on a <strong>pre-order basis only<\/strong> and are made specifically for participants of the March 2026 Outward Bound course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As these items are made to order:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 No refunds or cancellations will be possible after the order closing date (8 March 2026).<br>\u2022 No size changes will be accommodated after the closing date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before the Order Deadline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders may be cancelled prior to the closing date by contacting us at <a>info@outwardbound.co.za<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After the Order Deadline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the pre-order period has closed and production has commenced, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is because items are manufactured specifically for this group and no additional stock is held.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Defective or Incorrect Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will replace items if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 The product supplied is defective<br>\u2022 The incorrect size or item was supplied due to our error<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a>info@outwardbound.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Collection<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All items will be handed out at the end of the Bridge House course.
