Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

The Course shirts and caps are produced on a pre-order basis only and are made specifically for participants of the March 2026 Outward Bound course.

As these items are made to order:

• No refunds or cancellations will be possible after the order closing date (8 March 2026).
• No size changes will be accommodated after the closing date.


Before the Order Deadline

Orders may be cancelled prior to the closing date by contacting us at info@outwardbound.co.za.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment.


After the Order Deadline

Once the pre-order period has closed and production has commenced, refunds and cancellations are no longer possible.

This is because items are manufactured specifically for this group and no additional stock is held.


Defective or Incorrect Items

We will replace items if:

• The product supplied is defective
• The incorrect size or item was supplied due to our error

Collection

All items will be handed out at the end of the Bridge House course. No shipping applies.

If a participant is absent on the day of distribution, the merchandise for absent students will be handed over to a Bridge House teacher.
